Salon Etiquette

Children

We love kids, however due to safety hazards in our space such as sharp implements, hot tools and chemicals, no children under 12 are permitted in the salon. We know life is busy and stressful, at Alchemy we strive to create a relaxing, nurturing experience for you, away from the chaos of life. We thank you for arranging childcare the day of your appointment so we can maintain this zen space for all our clients.

Pets

We love pets too, however per California state law, no pets of any kind allowed in the salon. Exceptions only for certified service animals.

Bike

We love that you ride your bike! However please bring a lock and safely secure it outside. We do not have room in the salon to store it for you.

Cancellation

Your appointments are reserved just for you. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, Alchemy requires 48 hours notice. If 48 hours is not given, you will be charged 50% of services scheduled. No shows are included in this policy.

Also please be aware if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the services you are scheduled for and a cancellation fee will apply.
